Do you ship New Zealand seafood to the United States?

Yes. We offer expedited cold-chain shipping to the lower 48 states.

To "stop time" and ensure peak quality, our seafood is blast-frozen at harvest. This locks in sashimi-grade texture at the source. Your allocation is air-freighted directly from New Zealand to our facility at LAX, where it is hand-packed into insulated Reserve Crates and dispatched immediately to your door.

Why is the wait time 4–6 weeks?

Because we don’t send out the boats until your order is placed.

We are a small-batch operation that refuses to hold "warehouse" inventory. By sourcing caught-to-order, we bypass the weeks-long sea freight and middlemen that degrade standard imports.

While we are working to decrease lead times as we grow, this allocation model is currently the only way to guarantee a direct, transparent pipeline from the independent fishermen of New Zealand to your table. We prioritize the integrity of the catch over the speed of the sale.
